Chiba University is partnered with University College Dublin (UCD) after having signed an MOU for research collaboration, particularly in the fields of medical engineering, nursing, health and social care policy, and relevant social sciences. To mark the occasion, a multi-disciplinary seminar "The Ageing Care Crisis - Is there a role for robotics-based solutions", was held in UCD on the 17th November 2016.
